At DevStash, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. While specifying the reason is not required, we would love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request.
We will refund the price of the Product purchased using the same payment method as the original transaction.
DevStash and our payment processor will submit the refund within 24 hours, your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
How to Request a Refund?
To request a refund, go to the Support Portal and create a Request a refund ticket.
Once we process your request, you will receive an email notification and your ticket will be resolved.
Support
We will provide Customers with technical support assistance exclusively through the Support Portal for paid products and through wordpress.org forums for free products. We do not provide any support via e-mail, comments, Twitter, Facebook, or any other means.
Furthermore, we don’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with our themes and plugins.
